Veneer Faced MDF Panels
Our particleboard panels are made of the best quality wood from broadleaf and needl-leafed wood. We ensure the European quality of our products by using the most modern methods concerning the emission class E1 and by conducting daily examinations following the modern methods EN 312
Veneer is a unique natural product whose natural features and original timber structures are clearly visible. These are sapwood and tree knots, as well as natural fibre structures and colour. It represents the most refined wood product. Experts produce veneer only from the best quality and most valuable timbers, also if the timber is older the veneer is more beautiful and its character is stronger.
Veneer is made in the process of cutting timber into very thin layers, so called leaves.
Raw particleboard is refined with natural veneer of
oak tree, beech, ash, maple, cherry and mahogany.
The surface is processed by fine abrading with glass paper. Natural veneer of A quality is used for the production of upper surfaces and B quality is used for lower surfaces. This can be changed depending on customer wishes.
The thickness of the bonded veneer is 0,6 mm. Veneer is bonded with fusible fibre or glue.
Veneered particleboard can be used for many purposes such as the production of furniture, coatings, partitions and many others.
